Using Your Account
• Creating your account
To create your account, simply select Create New Account on the Ticket2Final homepage.
• Updating your account
You can update your personal information, like date of birth, name, and your favorite teams in your account. Select Account Settings in the My Account menu.

When you sign up for an account, you can subscribe to specific events. Simply choose the event you want to be notified for and select “Notify me when Options go on sale.” We’ll send you an email automatically as soon as Options are available.
• Subscribe or Unsubscribe to T2F Emails
You can subscribe or unsubscribe to personalized emails. Select Account Settings in My Account menu.
• Customize your News Feed
Simply select news about which sports or teams you would like to appear in your account screen.
• Retrieve your Login/Password
If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot Email or Password” and complete the security questions. The password/login details will be emailed to you.
• View your Purchase History
Purchase history can be viewed from the My Account menu.
• How to Purchase a Ticket Option
Choose an event and then the team for which you would like to purchase a Ticket Option. Choose the number of Options you would like to purchase and provide payment. If you need to purchase more Options than the page allows, select Group and fill out the form on the page.
• Realize your Option
Once we notify you that your team has made it to the final, you can purchase tickets on the Ticket2Final site and pick them up at the game. If there is enough time before the event, there may be other options for delivery (though there may be an additional cost to mail tickets).
• Track your Option
To find out if you can convert your Option into a ticket, check the progress of your team in its tournament in the My Teams section of your account menu.
