My team qualified for the Euroleague Final Four. How do I purchase my ticket(s)?
Congratulations! To convert your winning Options to tickets, please follow these steps: Click on the Euroleague 2009-2010 ticket purchase link or login to the Ticket2Final website and select For Sports Fans. Your order will be automatically displayed for you. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase from the available number of Options and complete your order. An automatic confirmation will be sent to your email address.
How do I collect my tickets?
You will receive your tickets at your home.Home Delivery, you will get your tickets sent to your home by registered post, paying for it the amount of €19.50 per delivery for delivery within France and €25 per delivery for international addresses Due to security reasons, tickets will not be sent to any buyer until the four participating teams are known and the seat allocation has been done. All fans should receive their tickets at their home by April 26 2010 the latest.

When will you send the tickets?
tickets will not be sent to any buyer until the four participating teams are known and the seat allocation has been done. All fans should receive their tickets at their home by April 26 2010 the latest.
When do I have to complete my ticket order by?
As soon as the four team participating in the final four is know, you have one week to complete your order. After this week is over, you will still have time to complete your order, however we will allow other fans from your team to purchase the tickets on the basis of first come first served.
Where will I seat?
Please check our Arena map, and locate Category number 3 (Marked in Yellow).The system will allocate the best available seats to those who bought the tickets first.The system will, whenever possible, allocate adjacent seats to tickets within the same purchase.
How many tickets can I purchase?
You can buy tickets for as many Options as you purchased. For example, if you purchased four Options, you will be able to purchase up to four tickets at face value.
Can I purchase more tickets than I have Options?
Unfortunately, no. Our system prevents over-booking, guaranteeing an official ticket to every fan who purchased an Option.
I’m having problems purchasing tickets through the Ticket2Final website. What should I do?
In case of a problem with our website, you can always complete your order via the phone. You will need your Order ID and a credit card number. Contact our customer service using one of the following options:
Will I be sitting with other fans of my team?
Yes. Ticket2Final is getting information from the Euroleague regarding the seating configuration. Once that’s determined, we will allocate your specific seat. As a security measure, fans of each team will be seated separately.
I purchased 4 Options for my favourite team. Will we be sitting together?
The seating zones are determined by the Euroleague. We believe most of our customers will be seated together, and we will do our best to accommodate everyone.
Can I cancel a ticket order?
Due to the short period between the purchase and the actual Final Four event, our system does not allow the cancellation of an order. For specific requests and questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service department
