What is a Ticket Reservation?
Ticket Reservation is a commitment given to you for the right (but not the obligation) to buy a ticket at face value, in case your favorite team will qualify to sports’ final events.
When you purchase a Ticket Reservation, you get the ability to purchase the ticket(s) at face value, once your favorite team has qualified to the sports’ final event.
For example, if you reserve seats for “team X”, and “team X” eventually qualifies in to the Final, then you have the right (but not the obligation) to buy a ticket at face value.
Is reservation price permanent?
The reservation price is dynamic and calculated based on many constant and variable parameters, such as time of purchase, quality of the team etc.
I bought a Ticket reservation. What is next?
Now you wait for your team to qualify in to the Final.
Can I reserve more than one ticket?
Yes, you can. However, number of tickets is limited per user to enable more fans enjoy our service.
Am I entitled to reserve tickets for a group of people?
Yes, you are entitled. However, the number of tickets you may reserve will depend on the respective league policies. Contact us if you need group reservation service@ticket2final.com.
Can I purchase additional tickets beyond the reservation I made?
Should we have available tickets left at the end of sale process and according to the respective league policies, we will be glad to offer them to our customers. Please contact us by email service@ticket2final.com.
Am I entitled to cancel my reservation?
According to Company’s policy, we allow our customers to cancel their order and receive a refund only in the case that in the period between the purchase and the request for cancelation, there has not been any change with your teams position in the tournament.
My team qualified in to the Final. What happens next?
1. If your team qualify in to the Final, official tickets will be allocated for you at their official price, according to the quantity of tickets already reserved by you
2. Now, you can purchase a tickets at face value (you may need to pay administration fee and Delivery fee, depending on the way you wish to receive your tickets)
3. During tickets' purchase process you will be able to choose the most convenient way for you to receive your tickets
My team did not qualify in to the Final. What happens next?
If your team fails to qualify in to the Final, your reservation will then expire and you will not be entitled to purchase the tickets. In this case, you will not have to pay the full cost of the ticket (but you will not be refunded with the Reservation Fee).
How do I know that I am entitled to purchase the tickets?
Once qualifying teams are announced, you shall receive an email inviting you to purchase the tickets or you can make the purchase from “my account” on our website.
How long will I have to purchase the ticket after my team qualified
Once you will receive an email from us inviting you to purchase the tickets, you will have several days to make the purchase. The date will be noted in the email.
Is the Reservation Fee deducted from ticket’s price?
NO. The payment is according to the tickets’ official price and in addition to the Reservation Fee already paid. In total, you pay the Reservation Fee + tickets’ official price.
Do I have to purchase the tickets?
NO. Should your favorite team qualify in to the Final, you have the right (but not the obligation) to buy a ticket at face value. In any case, Reservation Fee is nonrefundable.
Can I exercise only part of the amount of my reservation?
Yes. You can choose to exercise only part of your reserved packages/tickets.
If I cannot attend the match, can I give the ticket to someone else instead?
Yes, you can. However, you will have to closely work with the Ticket2Final staff and customer support to follow the legal process. This will also help to ensure that the person whom the rights to the tickets have been transferred to will be allowed quick access to the venue during the game.
How are the seating arrangements at the venue?
Organized body will determine the seating configuration. The league has made it clear that fans of the same team will be allocated in seats next to each other.

How do I get my tickets?
Receiving your tickets is the easiest part of this process. You can pick it up at the venue before the games or you can have it sent to your home address.
What is a Waiting List?
A Waiting List refers to the situation in which reservations have sold out for a specific team and category. In this case, you can sign on the Waiting List and should we have available tickets left, we will be delighted to offer them to you.
Do I have to pay to enter the Waiting List?
No. You will pay only once your ticket reservation has been confirmed.
How can I trust your Company?

Do you keep my credit card number?

• "Follow Your Team Home&Away” Package - enables you to follow your favorite team and reserve tickets for all games within relevant tournament. In case your team qualifies in to the desired game, you can purchase reserved tickets at face value
• "Follow Your Team Home” Package - enables you to follow your favorite team and reserve tickets for all Home games within relevant tournament. In case your team qualifies in to the desired Home game, you can purchase reserved tickets at face value
For example - if you reserve "Follow Your Team” Home&Away Package for your favorite team and the team eventually qualifies in to the desired game (either Home or Away), then you are entitled (though not obligated) to buy a ticket at face value for this team.

For example - in case you have reserved the Home&Away Package you are then entitled to purchase a ticket at face value for any Home or Away game. In case you have made reservation to the Home Package, you are then entitled to purchase a ticket at face value for Home game only.
